The view from the room was amazing and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and local shops.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. The room was not cleaned well and there were stains on the sheets.

This hotel has a fantastic location with breathtaking views. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the swimming pool is well maintained. The young people at the desk are extremely pleasant and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Christmas decorations were nice and festive. The breakfast had a good variety of pastries and coffee. The location was close to many attractions and was easy to navigate to.

The room was not as clean as it should have been upon our arrival. There were leftover items from the previous guests in the bathroom and the floors.

My recent stay had the most delightful views of a breathtaking lake as the hotel is perched on a hill. The staff was extremely friendly and happy to assist me in everything I needed whether it was information about trekking or massage services after a long day on the glacier. I loved my tidy room and clean bathroom. The breakfast had delicious cakes and pastries, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus.

The distance, though not too far from the city, if you're not fond of walking, it might be an issue.

It was also very clean, both the bedroom and bathroom. Another positive point was the breakfast, which was great and had delicious pastries.

Not obvious to find, but once you get there, the location on the hill is worth it.
